Eligibility Criteria
- Proxy Mean Test (PMT) score should be 30 or less as available in National Socio-Economic Registry NSER as calculated by Benazir Income Support Program BISP.
- A person should have a special CNIC or B form issued by NADRA.
- Payments will be made after successful biometric verification.
- Cash transfers to PWDs will be unconditional i.e. without any conditions.
