National Vocational & Technical Training Commission NAVTTC – UNHCR Skill Development Program 2023
Pakistan in collaboration with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) is extending support to Afghan refugees and Pakistani host families for a safe and stable life through Skill Development Program to the selected candidates in the country.
To equip them with marketable skills in reputed Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) institutes and make them respected and independent so that they can get employment to meet their basic needs and start personal businesses.
The selected candidates will be given a monthly stipend of Rs.6000 during the 6-month training and at the end of the training will also be provided with a toolkit in the trade prescribed by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTC).
Toolkits will also be provided in trade determined by TTC). NAVTTC is imparting livelihood to male and female students by teaching them various skills. Please visit govt website for the online application click on this link

Note
Eligibility for applicants
- Afghan applicants must have a valid Afghan Refugee (POR) card.
- Pakistani Host Nationals residing in the above districts must have a valid (CNIC).
- UNHCR-designated Afghan refugees must hold a valid Mandate Refugee/Asylum Seeker Certificate.
- The candidate’s age should be between 18 and 40 years at the time of application. Preference will be given to youth in the age group of 18 to 24 years.
- Female candidates will be encouraged.
- The candidate should not have been convicted of any crime.
- National Vocational and Technical Training Commission NAVTTC and UNHCR Pakistan Skill Development Program 2018 2019 and 2020-21-22 trained in any trade are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates admitted with wrong information will be removed from the training.
درخواست دہندگان کے لیے اہلیت
- کارڈ ہونا ضروری ہے۔ افغان درخواست دہندگان کے پاس ایک درست افغان مہاجر (POR)
- مذکورہ بالا اضلاع میں مقیم پاکستانی میزبان شہریوں کے پاس ایک درست (CNIC) ہونا ضروری ہے۔
- UNHCR کے نامزد کردہ افغان پناہ گزینوں کے پاس ایک درست مینڈیٹ ریفیوجی/اسائلم سیکر سرٹیفکیٹ ہونا چاہیے۔
- درخواست کے وقت امیدوار کی عمر 18 سے 40 سال کے درمیان ہونی چاہیے۔ 18 سے 24 سال کی عمر کے نوجوانوں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔خواتین امیدواروں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جائے گی۔
- امیدوار کو کسی جرم کا مرتکب نہیں ہونا چاہیے تھا۔

- غلط معلومات کے ساتھ داخلہ لینے والے امیدواروں کو تربیت سے ہٹا دیا جائے گا۔

- The final selection of candidates in the above trade will be based on interviews.
- The interview date will be posted on the notice board of the concerned institute on 22 May 2023.
- The final merit list of the candidates will be posted on the same day after the interview.
- Candidates can also contact the institute number given in the advertisement.
- All the candidates who had previously submitted their applications for this program on NAVTTC website are required to re-submit their applications to their respective institutes. Otherwise, their application will be considered rejected.
