NSER Survey New Online Registration Form 2023
The purpose of NSER survey is to help and guide the poor and deserving sections. This program is being run through the Benazir Income Support Program.
Through this, the poor class living in Pakistan is to be economically and socially strengthened because it was showing the very bad effects of slow economic development on Pakistani society, which necessitated the creation of this program.
Food prices were rising sharply in Pakistan, with prices of basic necessities hitting year-highs and economic fallout from the global financial crisis.
This program is a political intervention program to transfer cash to the poor and deserving families of the country irrespective of ethnic identity geographical location and religious beliefs.

NSER New Registration
NSER program is designed to register people in BISP program by surveying the status of people. Desks have been set up for BISP adjudication.
BISP offices have been set up at the tehsil level so that those who have not registered or who want to update their information can be updated through it. This registry is completely free.

Participation in NSER Survey
Procedures
If a household has not been surveyed or you want to change your home visit information or it has been two years since the last survey, you can go to the tehsil office of Benazir Income Support Program and get your survey done at the dynamic registration desk.
Necessary Documents for Benazir Dynamic Survey
For Benazir Dynamic Survey it is necessary to have National Identity Card and B Form
Electricity or gas bill is not necessary but would be appropriate if provided

Online Registration Check
To check your eligibility through online registration visit the official website of the government 8171pass.gov.pk
Eligibility Check by SMS
To check the registration through NSER survey if you don’t have internet facility then you can check through SMS from your mobile sim.
For this first you have to go to the message box of your SIM and write your ID card number in it and send it to 8171.
After doing all this you will receive a message about your eligibility.
Information Counter
As there is no registration through NSER survey, you can go to any BISP office in your city to get your registration, information counters have been set up for this.
In these centers, priority will be given to pregnant women and disabled persons and separate counters have been set up for them.
Separate counters have also been set up for women and senior citizens in these centers.
The first thing you will need to do when going to an encounter is your CNIC. If you have unique sponsorship (feeling of sponsorship).
