Origin of NSER
A database of 27 million households was generated during a nationwide survey in 2010. The survey was conducted under the World Bank-approved Poverty Scorecard to assess the socio-economic and asset information of the households.
The purpose of NSER is to protect the people living in the society. To collect the data of eligible households to provide subsidies and benefits to the needy.

Visit the Ehsaas Online Portal if you want to see if you are eligible for Ehsaas Online. If you text your CNIC number to 8171, you will get a message telling you if you are eligible. After getting the message that you are eligible, go to the Ehsaas Center near you to get the money.
